About Peoria Artificial Turf Pros

Peoria artificial turf Pros installs residential and HOA turf across Peoria. Our approach starts underground, not with the grass itself.

Caliche soil doesn’t drain like regular dirt. It resists water and compacts unevenly if you don’t grade for it on purpose. That single fact shapes almost everything about how we build a yard here: base depth, compaction method, and slope direction all get set before a single roll of turf goes down.

Peoria’s growth has brought a lot of newer HOA-governed subdivisions, places like Vistancia and the areas near Lake Pleasant. Those communities often have landscaping standards for pile height and color. We’ve worked enough of these yards to know what tends to clear committee review and what gets sent back for revision.

Summer heat is the other constant. We talk through infill options with every homeowner, cooling blends, zeolite, antimicrobial, because the right choice changes how the yard actually feels in July.

Estimates start with a site visit. We measure, check your soil and drainage, and give you a written number before any work begins. No guessing, no upsells mid-project.
